After the success of our "Stuff the Turkey" last year, Christmas in 2006 will be another delicious blend of celebration and mouth-watering meat-free alternatives to a traditional Christmas bird. For your Christmas meal, throughout December you can choose two, three or four courses for your office party, and on Christmas Day, we offer all five courses. To whet you appetite, here's what we will be offering this year: Beetroot and vodka soup (v, org) or Roasted mediterranean vegetables carpaccio (v) or Organic stilton, brandy and walnut terrine served with a selection of sourdough bread (org) -~- Watercress, rocket, pears and pecan crumble salad (v, org) -~- Brazilian nut loaf (v, org) or Quorn® loaf served with gingered brussel sprouts, maple baby carrots, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy Or Chestnut, leek and wild mushroom parcels in pinot noir reduction served with savoy cabbage, roast potatoes and pate of peas (v, org) Or Butternut squash and wild rice cake with portobello mushroom and goat cheese stack surrounded by red peppers and courgettes in basil marinade and creamy spinach and pine kernels, (org) -~- Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy butter sauce (vo, org) Banana, maple and pecan cake (org) Vanilla and poppy seed cheese cake (org) -~- Coffee or tea with mince pies (v, org) Prices are £12.95 for 2, £16.50 for 3 and £18.90 for 4 courses. On Christams Day, our Vegetarian Christmas Celebration including the whole menu is £44.00 for adults and £25.00 for children upto 12 years.
